Info to know before placing your order with W

100% HANDMADE AND HANDCRAFTED

• W jewelries are all HAND MADE, therefore slight variation/imperfection on workmanship may be present. We ensure all workmanship and defects are checked before packing.
• We treasure the time we spend on our creation. As we continually strive to create wearable art in the time given, we need you to know that each piece goes through a meticulous process.

NATURAL (OR OTHERWISE STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION)

• Our crystals and gemstones are NATURAL. Any irregularities (crack lines,different in colour / shades, inclusion, shapes, etc) should be considered as natural features of the crystals and gemstones, NOT FLAWS. It's all part of nature charm.
• No two stone of the same species will be the same. 

Tender Loving Care

• All Handmade by W's creation are carefully made with passion and should be treated gently and with care.
• AVOID use of perfumes, hair spray, body lotion etc before putting your jewelry on
• Take off jewelry before entering the pool or shower. This may discolor or deteriorate the finishing.
• Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off everyday. Clean it with soft jewelry cloth to maintain it's shine.
• Store your jewelry in a clean and dry place. Zip Lock bag is the best!
• Remove jewelry before strenuous activities. Sweats and oils will diminish it's brilliance.

MANAGING YOUR ORDERS

• There are no ready stock items. Will only start to make them once we receive confirmation of order.
• Each product has a different processing time due to the nature of handmade, please allow 5-7 days for us to work on your order.
• We ship via Pos Laju for orders within Malaysia. Please allow another 2-3 working days for delivery.
• You will receive a unique tracking number once the order is shipped.
• Please note that, W will not be responsible for any lost parcel once it is handed over to delivery services.

CONTACT

• If there are any defects found on your jewelry, kindly email us handmadebyw.wendy@gmail.com and send us a photo of the defective product within the first 3 days upon receiving it. We will review on case to case basis. Items must be unused and kept in the same condition as delivered. It must also be in the original packaging.
