Return and RefundPolicy
All products sold areNOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is qualitydefective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new productshipment.
Product Defects
1. All parcel will bepacked in poslaju flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when youreceive, please don't let the postman leave.
a.Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
b.Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
c.Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within three (3) workingdays.
2. If youaccidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after youopen the parcel,
a.Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
b.We will do compensate within three (3) working days.
3. If you found thatthe product received isn't same with what you ordered,
a.Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
b.If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we willsend out the exact product to you within three (3) working days.

Delivery Policy
1. Our Courierpartner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working daysfrom the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday toThursday daily. No shipment on every Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Terengganustate or national public holidays).
Delivery TrackingNumbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-trackingpurposes.
Delivery Fees:
- Purchase above RM200 free delivery within West Malaysia.
- Purchase below RM200, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8 for purchase of goods below 1kg (additional RM3 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
- Delivery Fees for East Malaysia will be charged according to weight of purchase (minimum RM15 for purchase of goods below 1kg and an additional RM15 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
2. In the event ofdelay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at thedesignation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on theproduct quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer servicerepresentative for more info.
We do not assume responsibility orauthority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understandingis much appreciated.
